Joining Events for Women in Tuscany on Your Own? It's Easier Than You Think

A glass of Chianti tastes better when you can say "try this" to the woman next to you. A walk along the walls of Lucca goes by faster when the conversation flows. And a museum visit in Pisa is twice as interesting when you can talk about it over lunch afterwards.

Tuscany is beautiful on your own. But it is even better when shared.

Ladies walking together

Better together

Most of us have a list of things we would love to do: that wine estate we keep driving past, the exhibition everyone is talking about, a winter walk on the beach in Viareggio. And then life gets busy, our friends have other plans, and the list stays a list.

That is where Ladies of Tuscany comes in. We organise events for women in Tuscany: we pick the place, take care of the planning and bring together women who enjoy the same things.

"But I don't know anyone..."

It is completely normal to feel a little hesitant about walking in on your own. I know that feeling myself. Ladies of Tuscany started with something I was missing: an easy way to do lovely things in Tuscany together with other women.

That is why our events are made for women who come alone. Chances are you will not be the only one. Everyone arrives with the same wish, to enjoy a nice day and meet new people, so you never have to break the ice by yourself.

A few things that make it easy:

  • There is always something to do together. Tasting wine, walking, looking at art. The conversation starts by itself.

  • Nobody expects anything from you. Come as you are, stay as long as the event lasts, and see who you click with.

Bring a friend or your partner, if you like

Would you still rather not come alone? At some of our events, like the Silent Disco, friends and partners are welcome too. It always says on the event page who can join.

Your first event

Take a look at what is coming up. There is something for everyone, from a Chianti wine tasting and a silent disco to coffee and conversation in Pistoia.

Creating a profile is free, and you only pay for the events you choose.

I hope to meet you soon.
